We may collect information needed to process and support an order, including a customer’s name, contact details, messaging ID, order information and payment confirmation.

How we use information

Information is used for order fulfilment, customer support, service communication, fraud prevention and business record-keeping.

Payment information

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. FastLane Ticketing does not store customers’ full card details submitted directly to Stripe.

Sharing and disclosure

Customer information is not used for unrelated purposes. It may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payment or comply with legal requirements.

Data retention and protection

We retain customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access.
